Comprehensive Epilepsy Center/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center

The Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology Division at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is responsible both for overseeing and staffing the Clinical Neurophysiology Laboratories (EEG and Evoked Potentials) and for the care of patients with epilepsy. Members of the Division also do advanced research on localizing the sources of seizure activity and treatment of seizures by new medications and surgery. The Comprehensive Epilepsy Center sees more than 2,000 outpatient visits annually and faculty perform more than 3,000 neurophysiological studies each year.
