Department of Society, Human Development, and Health

Working to train both scholars and practitioners, the Department of Society, Human Development, and Health works on improving health throughout someone's life, emphasizing children and adolescents. Department researchers explore a wide range of topics, including health and social policy, public health interventions, and social determinants of health.
