Sinclair Lab

The Sinclair Lab seeks to determine the key molecular events that cause organisms to grow old and die. Underlying the research is the belief that there may be a few key processes that result in the diseases of old age. Research initiatives investigate the causes of common age-associated diseases as well as tumorigenesis and the defenses of tumorigenic cells against current cancer therapies.
